At the age of 19 my body is already beginning to fail...

I think I just did what may be the lamest bridge ever. It did however loosen my back wonderfully so I may have to attempt it again at some point in the future. I used to be able to do bridges all the time! Now the blood rushes to my head, my arms fail and I fall on my head. Not something I'm a stranger to as it happened many a time whilst learning to go back into them from standing.
Anyhoo this has made me more determined to have a young fit flexible bod. I used to be flexible until i got old and lazy.

Am thinking about getting a DS. They have lots of games I like so I think I shall buy. After Christmas. Prob February.

That will prob be bought in January. I will be so gutted if they stop selling it before then. I really have had an eye on it for a very long time. Ah lots of product love today.
